Warranty and Returns

For buyers from Russia, we support German warranty standards and the warranty periods for goods in our store correspond to those set in the European market. The minimum warranty for equipment is 12 months from the date of receipt of the order by the buyer, provided that the manufacturer has not set an even longer warranty period.

If an item purchased from our store is out of order, please notify us by email.

Most of the products have a worldwide guarantee and are serviced by the manufacturer’s authorized warranty services throughout Russia. Servicing is performed by the serial number of the device or if there are documents confirming the purchase (in this case, the invoice that comes with the goods).

If there are no service centers in Russia or you are denied warranty repairs, please contact our service department to solve this problem.

Conditions for compensation of transport costs in the event of a product malfunction:

The product is out of order within two weeks from the date of receipt, or initially defective.

We will reimburse you for all costs of shipping the item to us and shipping the new item to the buyer. The return must be processed by ground parcel of the Russian Post. If you have chosen a different shipping method, we will only refund the cost of the regular postage.

The product is out of order during the warranty period and warranty service is not available in your country.

Note! Claims for mechanical damage to the goods or components are accepted only before the goods are handed over to the buyer. You can familiarize yourself with the terms of insurance compensation in the insurance section of our store. We only accept returns by Post Ground Shipping.

Purchase returns

The item didn’t fit? Process your return quickly and easily.

Each parcel contains a return form indicating the address to which the goods must be sent. If this form is not available or is lost, please contact us and we will send it by email. You can always apply for a refund in your personal account.

Within 5 business days after receiving the shipment, we will refund the entire amount to the account specified in the application, bank card or PayPal wallet from which the payment was made. The term for crediting the payment depends on the Russian bank and ranges from 3 to 45 days.

Note! The goods must be sent no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, must not have traces of operation and mechanical damage, the original packaging must be completely preserved. The complete set of goods must be complete and not have any damage or traces of use. The buyer pays for shipping. There is no refund of shipping costs to the buyer. Personal hygiene products (epilators, razors, toothbrushes, hair dryers, etc.), food products, medicines and dietary supplements, cosmetic products, as well as any damaged and used products are not subject to return.


Refunds are made to the card, e-wallet or PayPal wallet from which the payment was made.

If you canceled the order after it was handed over to the delivery service, there is no refund of the shipping cost.

If the order is canceled after sending it, the payment will be refunded, minus the cost of return shipping (if the store pays for it) and customs clearance for importing goods into Germany, is made after the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Note! Refunds are made within 5 banking days. The term for crediting the refund depends on the bank in Russia and ranges from 1 to 10 business days.
